How It Works
Before The Photoshoot

Let me know which package and date you are interested in.
For me it is also important to know if you have anything particular in mind. I want to connect with you and hear about your intention, vision and ideas as well as your concerns. I will send you a questionnaire that I created to learn more about you and your expectation for the photoshoot.
This will help me to pick the best location and customize the session to create a fun and relaxing experience for you.
The goal is to create something beautiful together that you will cherish for a lifetime.
Upon signing the contract you need to pay an initial non-refundable payment of 1000 Mx Pesos to secure your spot.
IMPORTANT: If you want me to come to your hotel, please check with the hotel first. Some hotels don't allow the use of a professional camera on property at all. Other hotels might charge you a fee for using a camera or bringing a guest. Please check with your hotel and get a proper confirmation. - It happened already that a clueless staff member misinformed the guest on the phone and the guest had an unpleasant surprise on the day of the photoshoot...

Day Of The Photoshoot
We meet, chat a bit and get started.
If you are nervous, we'll work together and trust me, you’ll feel comfortable soon. I will help you get the best photos and direct you as much as needed.
When it comes to outfit and location I'm pretty flexible. Outfit and location changes are included in the time. I'm fine with whatever we can fit in the booked time frame.
After The Photoshoot
I will go through the photos and send you a big selection to choose your favourites from within a few days. With the smaller packages you get the photos through WhatsApp. With the bigger packages I will send you the unedited jpg images through Wetransfer. You can then pick your favourite photos (number depending on package), which I will edit the RAW versions of. After receiving your selection you will get the edited photos in 21 business days (through Wetransfer).
You can always upgrade your package and add more edited photos. There is also the option to purchase all the unedited jpg images with the smaller packages.
Payment
Cash. Either in Pesos or USD (current internet exchange rate).
PayPal (charges 6% extra)
Bank transfer to a Mexican or German bank account.
Side note: I don't have an American bank account, hence no venmo or cashapp.
Express Delivery
I do offer the option for express delivery. You can get your edited photos delivered in 48 hours (from the moment I receive your selection) for 1500 Mx Pesos extra.
HOWEVER:
It's not always a service that I am able to provide. Especially in high season it really depends on availability. Please check in advance, if that option is available before finalizing you booking.
